Goldie Wellbeing Postnatal Workshops are offered and split into each capability level. Firstly, the Foundation Set exercises are important to ensure that you are using the right muscles to then gain outer strength.
Our small group workshops and training sessions are conducted in Bondi. These sessions are between 45min to 1 hour duration depending on your needs.
*The commencement weeks are a guide as many recover differently. In my Foundation Assessment sessions, a physio with ultrasound will assess you to ensure you are confident to perform the next intensity level. It is important that you enrol into these sessions first, before proceeding to the next session levels below.
My Foundation Set focuses on the key fundamental muscles to set you up, with emphasis on the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis. *These workshops accommodate mums 6 weeks post birth.
Level 1 workouts incorporate deep abdominal muscles including exercises to increase your pelvic stability to get you prepared for lifting load – including your baby. *These workshops accommodate mums 8-10 weeks post birth.
Level 2 workouts include more oblique muscles and glute control movements. *These workshops accommodate mums 12-14 weeks post birth.
Level 3 workouts include more intense exercises. These are for mothers who have great pelvic stability including strong pelvic floor and deep stomach muscles. *These workshops accommodate mums +18 weeks post birth.
Mums & Bubs workouts incorporate exercises with your baby. These are more intense as you are lifting extra load. *These exercises are for mothers who are very confident that they have great pelvic stability, strong pelvic floor and deep stomach muscles.
Goldie Wellbeing classes are scheduled in line with the NSW Public School Terms. The next term commences February 1st. Bookings can be confirmed via email or phone.
